There have been several significant news items at Round Barn Guitars since our new website was published. Guitar 17, Lucia, was completed and has been enjoying her new home with Oscar Adrian, who was born in Uruguay and developed as a fine self-taught player and composer. Look for a video of Oscar playing Lucia in the near future. Guitar 18, an experimental double top was also completed and tested. Watch for more information on her soon. Two more prototype models have been completed — Guitar G20 is the first TQ model and G21 is our first 875 model. The TQ designation is our “three-quarters” design, a complete classical guitar that has a body size scaled to 75% of the standard model. The 875 is just a wee bit bigger at, you probably guessed it, 87.5% of the standard model.
